New boating law in CT???
I just heard that as of Oct 1st all people in any watercraft including non powered have to wear a life vest period?
Is this true?
Was told everybody in the craft no ands ifs or butts

What a bunch of pu$$ies, they must have become tired of jacking up the gas prices.
