cheaper to just have a local custom canvas shop make one than getting on from Formula....I would think used would be real hard t come by.

I have neither for sale, but have had to have a local upholstry shop replace part of the damaged cloth. If this was all you needed, I would have suggested you do the same.

Have also had to replace one of the frame brace pieces, and also sourced that locally after pricing from the factory. But that was only a small part. I'd hate to have to replace it all. BUT, when I did contact the factory, they only sell the whole sha-bang, so maybe for you that is not a bad way to go. It's still going to hurt though.
