Right now I am getting abot 24.3% prop slippage with a Revolution 4 19P RH 4 blade with a solid black composite hub that measures 14 5/8", going to Steel hub since it keeps getting shredded. Wouldn't I get less slippage by incresing the prop diameter to say like a Bravo 1 which is 15-1/4" in diameter, considering all else being equal, such as pitch. Also does the Bravo 1 have more transom lift than the Rev 4?

What's Up Miguel!
Sounds like you have a major problem in X dimension and prop selection. First off Mercuiser dose not offer the Bravo I 4 blade in a small enough size for you to run. The smallest is 22 pitch. Please email me with some info so we can get your boat dialed in via computer.
Boat make and size
Engine and horsepower
Sterndrive and gear ratio
Measurement from propshaft centerline to bottm of boat.
Maximum rpm at wot trimmed with the 19 pitch rev 4 blade
Maximum speed at wot trimmed with the 19 pitch rev 4 blade
GPS READING NOT STANDARD SPEEDO
