Question Transom Plate Washers

I pulled my engines out in Sept. and installing them this week. My question is, what is the order in which the spacer washers and spring go in a trs application. I'm not sure where the felt/tan washer goes. Does it go above or below the steel washer and spring? Thanks

I believe the felt washer and spring go between the transmission and transom assembly and the large steel washer goes under the head of the long bolts that go through the rear of the trans into the transom assembly..

This is from memory so don't bash me if I'm wrong .
