Default Question for e-dockers:

We just purchased some raw property and a metal building (arriving in 30 days or so) for Bru-Con to move into. The building is twice the size we really need (got a deal). My question: Do you guys (big cat boats included), need an indoor heated storage space for your boats? I could comfortably handle (6) MTI/skater cats. 14' x 14' single door with onsite forklift. Building would be in the industrial park at Grove and backs up to the Grove (international) airport. Just asking a question and hopefully not stepping on any other storage owners toes - not meaning to by offering heated housing.

I need to find something to do with this extra space.

Any input would be great guys,

Thanks
Chad

Me too! Just got back from Grove with the MTI to store it in Tulsa but we would love to be able to store it up there.

10'-6" - COOL! I always thought the MTI's were 12' wide for some reason.

The building I have coming is 50' W x 174' L x 18' sidewalls. I was planning on using 20 - 25' W x 174 for my business. I would place a full height divider wall down the 174' lenght leaving a 25' - 30' wide x 174' long open area for boats.

Tyson asked about $. I would think around $250, $260 range per month (6 month commitment) for the big cats. $150 - $200 for vees (depending on lenghts)(same terms). If the majority wished for motion detection security - add a few bucks to those numbers.

If you guys could pass the word, It would be great to fill the space with the same crowd of like people. Plus it would help me decide were to place the divider wall.
