Cash Bar, how close are you to Pembroke Pines, I have to get some photos by next week of a vacant REO condo, as well as run some comps. Locbox is on the door with keys. Who knows, you may even have a client looking for a condo, this lender prices them low to move them.

We might be able to work together to get this one sold, the lender re-assigned this one to me and it's a little bit of a drive from Tampa.
