Torque head bolts in three steps, following the torque sequence.
First step, 22ftlbs, Second step, 120 degrees, Final step, 30 degrees on short ones and 60 degrees on medium and long ones.
Raylar recomends 60 ftlbs and that's what I've used last couple times with no problems. Snap-On has that grey handled torque wrench that does the angle setting or aka what I was speaking of in degrees... The above paragrah is right out of the factory manual (not Clymer and the like).
DO NOT re-use the stock bolts. They are torque-to-yield and they are not considered resuable. You can do it but keep in mind they're not the same as they were when new. I recomend buying some good arp's cause they're roughly same price and you can reuse them. Factory bolts are like ten bucks each without any friend discount!!!
