Wife and I are in the market for a 352 or 382 fastech. See allot for sale @ $89K range but nothing selling. We just missed out on a really clean 98-352 in michigan that sold for $49k w/300hrs (viewed boat but owner already accepted offer from someone locally). What should I expect to pay/reasonable offer?

I would say 50K to 90K depending on the shape of boat. When boats get to be 10 years old the conditon can vary extremely. Also the size motors matter and if it has a trailer. 49K for a nice fresh water 352 was a nice price even in todays economy. I looked for a 98 to 02 for 2 years and finally got a clean 02 352 with stock power a trailer with 87 hours last summer for a little over 90K.

Were gearing more towards a 352. ac/tv/gen seems to be standard on a 38. Plus were upgrading from a 24' donzi-38's a big a$$ boat. Sounds like we might find one in our price range. No need for a trailer.
