I bought one of these just before hurricane Ike and it survived the wind and rain. Actually was stronger than the bungee cords holding it. Good quality, kind of heavy, but worth the reasonable price. Check them out. different fabrics, I got the master duck type.

I had one of those Poly-guard covers. They do the trick for the price. Mine lasted about three years outside before it started to come apart. You can definetely get more life inside or under covered storage.
