Default Anyone ever use U-Save Boat Transport?

They are out of N. Carolina. I got an extremely reasonable quote from them NJ to FL and back, they are fully DOT reg. and insured, family business since 1995. Just curious if anyone here has used them.

Would you mind posting what the quote was? I'm looking at several boats far away and just wondering what transport may cost.

Also, did you use uship (sp?) to find them?

Thanks

I used Uship and have had 5 people quote me so far. Prices are coming in from $1300-$1500 which I think is great! South NJ to St Petersburg. I am between U-Save and another one, Andrea Transporting. Both are owner operator small guys that have all the needed credentials and insurances as well as good track records.

Thanks, that is good news on the pricing. I just heard about Uship recently, so I was curious how it worked.

So far so good. I am going with Andrea Transporting. $2600 round trip and he has hauled many hi-performance and off-shore race boats before.
