They are 1:1 Ratio. I would be willing to change the gears at no cost for labor but you would have to provide the gears. I would like to get 3,500 for each drive and I will sell the transom assembles for 1,500 each they are in nice condition with rams and lines. My prices are not set in stone though make me an offer.
