I should have added floatable boat lift.

I bought a 1990 Pachanga 27 with twin big blocks. I was told today that a 6,500 pound lift will not lift the boat.
My slip is only 9' wide and a 10,000 pound lift requires min 10'.

The Sea Ray archives list the boat at 5,100 dry weight but I am guessing that is for a single engine. If I I am correct I assume an extra engine and drive would be around 1,200 pounds?

Only 9' wide?????? What Marina only has 9' wide slips???

Might find that you don't want a lift that has a high lift capacity that has a narrow footprint. Makes for a top heavy setup that's not very stable. My 10k lift is in my 12' slip and I'm not so sure that the arms aren't in fully as they are now. Gottta keep those tanks apart for stabilty.

I've got an 8000 lb lift for sale at lake cumberland, but it's in a 14' wide slip. I don't think you could even adjust it down that small.

Give my dad a call he installs lifts for a living (985)-781-3325. He says that a 9 foot wide slip not a problem for a 10,000 lbs. lift.

Ive got an 8k poly lift in my 10' wide slip. Depending on the manufacture, they will make the necessary adjustments to fit it.

I miss calculated it has to be 10'
