I currently have a 23ft center console and am looking to upgrade to a performance center console 26-30ft max. I have searched this forum and havent found any real reviews of either of these boats. I am looking between the Baja 280 Sport and the Scarab Sport 302 because I like the layout. I would exchange the cuddys for center console heads, but those style boats tend to be more fishing oriented and not pleasure/performance. I love Concepts, but cant afford their 36 right now and the 27 doesnt have what I want. I am buying used and do 90% pleasure boating and maybe 10% fishing. Would like to know of any construction issues, things to look out for when buying used, bad years to stay away from etc. Here is what I would like an upgrade.

60+ mph
Bow, center console and stern seating
A head, doesnt have to be fancy

30 Concept is cheaper then a 36 and runs great with twins

I just prefer having at least some form of a cuddy.

I have a scarab sport and love it. I have twin 225 EFIs and run 55mph gps with full tank and 3 on board. I have a full size T-Top though. They are faster with a radar arch or no top at all obviously. I am pretty sure they will be 60+ with twin 250s
