Morning Dean! I hope you are well. I see you are having more and more troubles! That sucks. We are now going to have to fight an attempted ban on personal watercraft on my home lake.
I agree that many people do not use their watercraft responsibly but a ban is wrong and takes away the freedoms of those who do use their machines in a responsible fashion. Let's get ready to ruuuummmbbbbblllllleeeeee!

The interests of a few with LOTS of $$, are not to be underestimated! Try to get your local ELECTED officals involved, after all, they are suppose to represent EVERYBODY!

Good example for us to remember to state the facts when we bad mouth & just not say some company is bad. I have read alot of posts where person complaining does not come out & state the whole story, even after other people ask for more details.

Go get them on PWC. Lake Austin has banned them on holiday weekend but I go along with that law. River is so small & so many boats on lake that chance for accident is great. Of course they do not ban water sking on holidays. I only get out a ski early in day on holidays before everyone get out on river. It scares me just driving on river on holidays since so many boat & people sking. When someone falls & you are behind on choice you have sometime it to stop.
I had a friend of my daughter come by the house the other day & said he had just gotten a pwc & hoped I would not run him down. My answer back was "When you see me coming you know what direction I am going. I hope I can do the same with you."

EXACTLY, that's why I posted this topic, so they we can all see what COULD happen if ACCUSATIONS are posted without back-up data. Not to mention the name calling B/S, which is a seperate subject altogether.
