I checked NADA and Edmunds but they only go to the F350. Clean retail NADA is $33,675. This is the XLT, nothing fancy. Sounds like the F450 is a good deal. Call your local dealer for the turbo warranty.

I wish I had a backup camera on my dually but you what I saved a lot of money when I bought a pair of magnetic poles from my local RV dealer for $15. Helluva deal right there.

Sounds like a great deal. You need to find out what rear end it has. They come with 4:88 and 4:30. You don't want the 4:88. Mine has the 4:30's and it pulls great with decent fuel milage. 13 hwy and 10 pulling the boat.

I'd say its priced right. I just bought an 08 w/ 30K for $30K. Although it was repo out of PA.

I saw you mention that the wheels are polished. For some reason I can't get the wheels to polish correctly on my truck. Does anyone know if the 08 F450's came with a satin finished wheel or a clear coat? There has to be some reason why I can't get the wheels to polish up clean w/ the std Alum wax.

Try Mothers Aluminum Polish If They Are The 19.5" Wheels. And Never Dull Polish For The Chrome Center Caps.

Mother's works good...but try our Metal Serum..follow directions on bottle and they should look like mirrors. If you have any Q's, just give me a call..Good Luck Jeff

WHY???? Buy a Chevy or Dodge. 450's get awful fuel milage and they are worth NOTHING. Mine has less than 10,000 miles and it will not bring a bid at the auctions. You can probably buy a NEW one for that much since they will not sell.

450 is a good truck. Roger, I will give you a bid on your truck, especially if you think it is worth "Nothing." Send info to my email:

Since Chrysler is in bankruptcy, banks don't want to finance them. Sounds like a good deal to me. Yes, you can get an extended warranty up to 200,000 miles. Let me know if you need a price on that warranty.
