Default TRS to Bravo

Is the hole cut out in the transom smaller for the TRS drive than a Bravo cut out?

Transom would have to be glassed, recut, and the motor moved back becasue there would be no transmission.

Konrad conversion is a better solution or find a back up TRS drive. TRS will handle 550HP if set up correctly

Since they are for drive shaft appl. it will work !!!

I would think that putting a box on would not be that great of an idea. TRS drives are mostly buried in the basement when it comes to mounting height.
The Konrad is really a better solution. It doesn't mean it is the only solution.
