Default 2000 32 fever starting issues

i posted a thread in general Q&A but have not got a response. i installed a new slave selinoid for my starboard motor, it would just click, so before i repl. i jumped the 2 big wires and cranked right over. as i was repl. it i touched the wench i was using to the 5/16 bolt holing the cathode on and sparks. i know i should have tuned the power off, but i didnt. so now i have nothing, turn the key no gauges, no beeps, i get nothing when i jumper across the 2 big term. on the slave selinoid. i checked all visible breakers and fuses all ok i even jumperd around the motor breakers just incase one was bad. is there a fuse or breaker somwere that i cant find? help please!!
