pics these go with the other three and these were done after we took the class numbers off p575 we wanted 77 my lucky number, and had left a few of the sponsors on from then. I will have some more with the back of the boats strakes out of the water at top speed back then its funny seeing the k planes just getting wet.

hears a few more and I was blowing by my buds 24 SB as I always do haaha, my other friend was taking the pics so Ole would not run me wide open cause I would smoke him.I hope posting these pics will make get her back in with the new konrad and blower motor my friends think I am nuts with the power but I said I wanted to get it up to the century mark before I sell her, who knows I may keep it and buy a sportfisher instead of going to a 4 to 8foot longer hull. that way I can look into sending the sf to costa rica like my buddy did and have him charter it out he has made some good money down there going to bed later.

Talking

those pics a 509 = 650 hp it might have the shortie drive on to. I will post others this weekend with out the faring from when the windshield was torn off from a stuff, and running between a stock 502 to a 502 585hp. later this summer I should have some or better have some with the new DEAN GELLNER blower motor 572 aprox 1050 to 1200 hp depends on pulley and gas also will have a KONRAD ACE DRIVE SHORTIE WITH BOX. on paper with the higher drive height boat should run 110 to 115 thats with med slip # about 14% to 16%. with the bravo 1 shortie drive my slip was 12%, so if my slip #s are around 12 still great. a shortie drive or 3'' raised box makes a big differnts in speed. I picked up a min of 8mph with the stortie and going to a bigger carb. and there are 24ols out there hitting 98 to 103 with 900 to 1000 hp with standard drive heights they would pick up 3 to 5 mph I bet if they went to a shortie or box or both. theres a 25ol with just the 3'' raised box stock 525 =81mph without 74 to 76. he then put a shortie on top of that and went to a merc 600 = 87mph and he still was testing. my boat is about 3500lbs, I got rid of the plywood back seat and the 200lb motor cover as you can see in my pics I have a scoop decolite hatch $$$ weights like 20 to 30 lbs. not sure if a back seat is going back in right now ,I NEED TO MAKE THE BILGE 6'' BIGGER so just might make it a 2seater or 3. or stand up 3 pack back. I never have a crowd with me unless I go on a trip I have had 7 people on a run to nantucket island 28 miles off the cape I think it took 30mins my wife was 4 or 5 months a long, so we kept it under 60 and only lost one sweatshirt kid did not put it below. well I will stop hear

nice boat.
I like the idea of yellow with red if I keep my boat and don't strip it this fall and put all my stuff on a 28 plus hull, I will repaint it with red/yellow/white/black they seem to be back in and THERES NOT MUCH GEL LEFT AFTER ON MINE AFTER BUFFING IT OUT 30 TIMES over the last 20yrs haahah or mybe there is but the burgendy gots to goooow, that was harder than the red to keep from fading.

a late friend of mine had the same boat colors as yours white/red /black it was here in mass, it was a 89 with a mod 454 teak floor he cut in with the yellow birch inbetween sweet looking. hey this fall I was thinking about taking the faring off anmd making a mold for it so guys with the windshields could up grade like me. I think it cost me 1500 back in 1994 to buy it from baja. what would they be worth to sale for 2000.00 2500.00. I am sure the cost to make each one will be up there if made with good parts my glass guy said that baja did a chity job on mine for strength, I put my elbow threw mine on the drives side and my bud did the same two years earlier, the side cracked ,they are hollow but he said they should of layed coring and more glass so the repairs have made it stronger and I would lay them up super strong. and maybe a better dash I am putting a piece that goes to the floor with steps on mine if I reuse it.

with a stock 330 thats not gps speed, with a stock 330 most ran 58 to 60, mine was 60 to 62 speedo, but would beat twin 260hp formulas 27 footers in 1990s
