Default bottom turing yellow

So my unpainted bottom is starting to turn yellow. I use the boat for about 10 hours every weekend and after every use it goes back on the trailer, wash it, flush the motor, etc. The bottom is turning yellow and makes the boat look like crap. What should I do..just washing it with soap and water isnt even helping.

Mary Kate ON/OFF will clean it great....I cut the stuff with water and make sure you read the label. Do NOT get it on your skin and you'll need to wax the bottom after use of it will get just as yellow next time you put it in the water.

Good deal I'll grab some tommorow and try it this weekend..now is it true you shouldn't wax the bottom of a boat or is that just BS?
thanks

do NOT get the acid on yourself, or a galvanized trailer, it will take your skin and the coating on the trailer right off.

btw- I have tested waxing the bottom versus just acid wash- no difference.
Once the gel is pourous enough that it yellows like that its time to paint the bottom.

NuHull......just spray it on and rinse it off. Instantly removes that discoloration, but it'll be right back after it sits in the water again...........

That's why I wax the bottom. It does nothing for speed, but it keeps the staining away about 1/2 the season.

Sno Bowl, or any gel type toilet bowl cleaner. Put it on your brush, do the bottom and rinse it off.
