Angry Page Refresh??

This is really getting old
Everytime I open a page that I have opened at some other time before only shows the previously viewed post.
I have to hit F5 everytime, everypage in order to get the new post to show. This really SUCKS.
I cannot find any settings that can change this. Can anyone enlighten me as to WHY?
Is this happening to others also?
It has only been happening since the new update.
Does it work, on the home computer and also on the laptop that i am on now.

Thanks, Hugh

Try this.
at the top of your brouser open up "tools", then click on internet options. be sure the tab "general" is selected, the second box down says "temperary internet files". Click on settings. It will ask you how often to look for a new version of a page. Click on every time.

If that doesn't fix it, I don't know what is causing it.
