Any Info on Challenger Boats? My brother is looking at a 2001Challenger DDC 33. I was told that the Hull was designed for Challenger by Fountain. There is not a Challenger thread, or I would of posted there. Any Info would be appreciated.

A friend of mine had a 28 RACEBOAT from them a couple years back and it kicked @ZZ.

It was a Harry Schoell ( sp ? ) design.

Correct Harry Schoel designed the DDC (Duo Delta Conic) hull. I raced against a 28 in Ft. Myers 1999 in E Class. It was out in front until it spun out.

I have a 04 28 DDC that I ordered brand new and have had good luck with it. Hate to think of my boat as junk, but I know everyone has there own opinions and experiences. I guess i was lucky that my boat turned out well.

No, I think they were good boats. I don't know of any issues with them... and they looked good.
