...But in all seriousness:
Shor, this must be the 10th time that damn belt has given you trouble. I can only think of a couple of things.
1)Pulley misalignment.
2)Improper tension
3)Wrong size(v cross-section) belt
4)Incompatible fluid interaction.
Do any of your pulleys have the paint worn off unevenly, like one side is shiny while the other is still painted or rusted? Same with the belt? Tension is paramount as well: Too much means the belt rides too deeply on the pulleys and increases friction(heat) and too little, the belts will slip also increasing friction and wearing prematurely. Wrong sizes will be obvious. The belt should not protrude past the pulley edges except ever so slightly(1/64" max) and should not bottom out either. As for fluids, The wrong fluid can deteriorate the rubber very quickly. This happened to me one time...I just got done cleaning and degreasing my 351 in the Bronco and I assume a little degreaser got on the belt...It wasn't 5 minutes before the belt shreaded and turned to goo!
Good luck!

So you're still chewing up belts, huh? When you take the alternator off, go ahead and take the other pulleys off and take a GOOD look at them - there is a possibility that you have a burr of some type on the pulley and that is what's causing your belts to shred. Had that problem on my first boat - went through a belt every 2-3 weeks....always had 2 spares on board!

Well thanks.....but they aren't being chewed from being on the pulleys.........they get screwed when they get caught by the other belt catching it............
When I go above say 3800 rpm's for a little while they get tossed off the pulleys......
only time it happens

Sounds like one or more of your pulleys are wobbling...check alignment on the shafts make sure they rotate without going in or out of plane or one of the shafts could be bent. It coule be something as simple as tightening a set-screw. Also, a loose belt will begin to vibrate as well. It'll reach resonance at certain rpms and start oscillating if not sufficiently restrained.
