Look at the stringer pics up in the bow, they didn't even make a composite sanwich, its just wood with laquer, stringers and bulk heads are 2" at most and their not even a solid piece, their cut to fit???? WTF, this boat could easily breakapart if it hit a wave, I have seen jon boats built better.

Thumbs down

yep that did not look like a 540 dart motor, I was going to call and ask which procharger model it has, at 1500 hp I would think the m 5 model and that looked like a stock m1 man some people are just phuckheads later its nice out for a change.

I was gonna put in the opening big of $1 but I was afraid I might meet the reserve! Id have to sell the engines to pay for someone to scrap the boat.

Talking

I kinda doubt Art Carlson built this boat, he may have had a hand in designing the hull form, but he had way more sense and boat knowledge to build something like this with those methods.
Whoever built this "Thing" should go back to what they were doing in a previous life and leave performance boat design and building to more knowledgeable and capable individuals and companies!
PS- We got a new big block coming out soon at 1200HP built completely out of impregnated balsa wood!

Best Regards,
Ray @ Raylar
