Default How to keep trac of your boat!!!!

I have been talking with Brad Schoenwald about different aspects of boating.....Schools, safety, insurance, and theft of our beloved toys..... With that being said the last point has been in everybody's face as of late it seems... The answer is GalTrac atracking device for a very, very nominal fee considering the huge investments we put forth to own and operate the boats we have come to love so much.... A good comparison would be when you spend 500k + on a boat and buy the cheapest POS trailer you can find to save money to transport it on.... Doesn't make sense does it????? So I am going to market these things with Cap't Safety to curb the loss of boats that will lead to hopefully curbing the rising insurance costs!!!!

These things are so cool after installation you go online and register everything (Brad can explain this better at this point in time as I am still coming up to speed) at which time you vessel goes on line and if anything happens with the movement of your boat you will be alerted as to that movement!!!! Then you can track the thing on your GPS asto where it is going!!! So again are you going to spend all that money and not invest a few pennis more for that added security for your boat or are you going to use the POS trailer excuse!!!!

It's your call PM me for details!!!!!

I feel over half of the boat disappearances are caused by the owners.

I have to say, if my boat didn't just sell, I would pray for it to be stolen......

These type of tracking devises are great Sean and there should certainly be a market for them. I have one by GPS Pursuit and its cool to track your boat and of coarse be sent an alert if it is being used without authorization.
My insurer gives me a 10% discount off part of my premium which more than pays for it over time.
Good luck with it.

Thanks Bob.....And to the rest let me state that in the case of Steve Miklos I am quite certain that he as well as numerous others would really love to see their possessions returned to them!!!!! So the case of a few shouldn't be spread throughout the community labeling everybody!!!!

Have you ever seen the condition of a recovered boat?

We sure have, stripped, torn, burned etc.

With the tracking and notification system your boat, car, truck, whatever will be found in minutes rather than days before it is stripped.

www.GALTRAC.com Call Sean and order some.

Some insurance companies require this on multiple outboard center consoles in Florida because of a high left rate.
