I do not own a 335, but I spent many hours behind the wheel of the prototype. The 335 inherited a bad rap from the 405, but the liner design in the 335 is a better layout, plus the boat is shorter with less stress from twisting. With the 24 degree deadrise, this boat was fun keeping-up with the faster smaller boats during poker runs on Lake Erie in rough water. I know they had to be thinking how is that boat running with the rest of us go-fast boats?
