Looks and sounds good mate, How'd you do it? If you don't mind me asking?
I've just extended my risers (the inner pipe) with a bit of stainless tube to near the tip to combat reversion beacuse of my new cam. How'd you do yours?
Love the Corona in your hand too! I had one in mine while watching!
Nice work!

Ghost John - Actually, it was a Bud Light Lime... I had just run out of Corona! The Bud Light is not even in the same league as a Corona.
I did mine the same way... but I ran the inner pipe into the actual tip (2 inches in). Water and exhaust do not meet until the inside of the transom tip.
I tell you you... the engine hasn't idled this well until making the change. I ended up with some interesting dock issues this past summer because of it stalling when the fire would get put out. Granted it wasn't that bad, but the new set up will be safe although loud (I may get some mufflers to go into the tips to make the Mrs. and the kids happy).
Fender John,
She's running a .040 over 350 block with a Eagle competition rotating assembly with 3.75 stroke for 385 cid. I'm running CNC-ported TFS Super 23* aluminum heads and a Comp XR282HR roller. The sister engine to this one, with a half point more compression, made 537 HP. My compression is a touch under 10:1, and I'm guessing that with the exhaust I'm in the 450-480 HP range. Good for 77.2 MPH on GPS and that was without a lot of tuning. I'm hoping to get into the 80s as the weather cools.
Back to bed... been up with our new baby all night!
