How do the hoses come off the cylinders? They appear to have the hose pushed down over a barb fitting, then a sleeve slides down over the hose at that fitting. Thought I'd ask before I start prying.
Thanks

You got the basics down....Slide the collar up and try to get the line off. Usually have to cut it off,But try to heat it up first as that does work quite abit of the time. Good luck

Thanks. The hoses are all in need of replacement, so they'll be cut off. Just wasn't sure what held them on.

I replaced my hoses this spring and had to heat them and then dip them in trans fluid to slide them on. What a pain in the A$$ that was!! I said screw the cheap plastic thing to hold them on and used a SS hose clamp.
