prop types
Can someone explain to me the types of props and the differences, (cleaver, reg. 3blade, 4 blade, cup, rake.) Why don't you see cleaver props on CC fishing boats? Go fast is new to me, I have a outboard powered offshore fishing boat background and have always used the props the dealer told me to. Thank you.

Thank you Rookie, that helped a helluva lot more than . I did pretty much know the basic stuff on that site, just wanted confirmation. what I didn't see, and would like to know is what is the advantage of the cleaver prop and why don't you see them used in applications such as, say, a 25' CC fishing boat w/twin 250 outboards. Thank you.
