That is a great looking boat. I was thinking that if you add AC it would make a nice boat just to have some fun in. It would be perfect for some of the local poker runs when the family does not want to go. Heck, I could even use it to go to work in. I have a lift at home and a marina across the street from work. It's only a 20 mile run, but it is all inland and it would certainly make it a pleasure to go to work each day!! I have done that with some of the center consoles in the past, but it is too much of a hassle to do it with the Top Gun every day. This boat is a 28? Is that correct?

That would definatly be cool to have it as a pleasure boat with AC in it.
And yes it is 28' 6" and runs low 90's with a 525
Lavey also makes a pleasure version with an open top and with an ilmor 710 it will run 105mph...

I dont think it ever ran low 90s with a 525, AC will most certainly rob power.

im hearing rumors the boat may be coming back out to race this year. Im also hearing it might be up for sale.
