Thank you but ..... how did you find that ? The first thing I did last night before posting my question was to type 6.2 in the search function. Not a thing was found. Just tried it again with the same results ??

I had the same problem. For some reason the search function doesn't pick it up. I knew there was a thread out there where I post info on the subject so I pulled up all my old posts and quickly found it.

my problem here is a frosen crackt block 6,2 Mpi 2002,can I use a ordinary 5,7L block?

I am pretty sure the blocks are the same, get the casting number off the block, right behind the cylinder head, that will tell the tale.
