The APBA site still says A/C NJ.

Funny, that was word for word out of last months Powerboat except for the line about the race moving to CA. Instead it said that A/C would provide a second NE stop.

I'll check with a higher authority for the real poop.

Sit tight.

Unhappy

Dave P., Please say it isn't so, that our race in AC,NJ in September was cancelled/moved out West. We were all looking forward to putting on a great race for the APBA.

What's with the APBA and north east racing? Atlantic City moved,
Mississauga moved, Cape Cod tentative and never any mention
of Ocean City on the APBA website. Does the APBA give refunds
of registrations?

I love Offshore Boat Racing as much as the next guy and would love to see it get the exposure that NASCAR gets but I can not understand why a schedule can't be made and kept. I know it is difficult for the race teams but there are many fans who have to make arrangements well in advance to be able to make a race or two. Living in Tulsa I have to travel a long ways and am starting to feel a little edgy about making any plans. Marine Del Rey is close to where I grew up and would love to go but I will be upset if I make plans and it is changed again.
