Default Formula interior, how to take apart ????

I have a 96' Formula 382 SR1. I would like to re-do some of the interior in the cabin because it came with the cheap headliner stuff that lost its foam backing and is now sagging. Any way, there are two headers, one on each side of the cabin, along the top that house lighting and speakers. They also hold the ceiling panels in place. I am sure once you know the secret, they are easy to remove, but for now I am not smart enough to figure it out. There are no apparent fasteners visible.
Has anyone ever taken apart a 382 SR1 interior ?

Remove the lights under the valance and there are 6 studs that hold the valance up.The studs are 1/4 20 so they will have a 7/16 nut on them, You will need someone with a skinny arm to get some of them. Then you can replace your speakers.
