Awesome, do you have any videos of the "mad max" or "mad mac" race boat? It had 5 outboards on it. I remember that boat as a kid growing up.

i have over 1000 dvds from 1986 to the 2010 the older stuff its a little tricky to find from 1990 foward no problem i would have to get the log books out to find what race where and what year freeze Frame

I thought that boat was from Freeport ny with 4 outboards?

Im not entirely sure. My dad showed me mad max (could be mad-mac) a long time ago on TV and I was hooked. I had to be around 8 yrs old at the time. I was just curious if you remember it or had any information on it. It was the boat that got me started.

Steve, I raced as a navigator on MAd Mac at the last Freeport race in 1990. It was a Baja Image Cat 30ft with 5 Merc Bridgeports. Jim Mcintyre the owner passed away last year. He was an awesome man. Before the Baja, he started with a 32' Scorpion w/ triples, V-Hull.
