Will be getting the boat ready in a couple weeks, and am going to be doing a spring tune up. I've set my fair share of rockers, but never with roller rockers. My question is, is the process pretty much the same? What kind of lash should I set? It's a carbureted 454. Someone did some head work and installed a new cam, but no idea on the details. Thanks for the help!

Depending on solid or hyd. cam the procedure is the same. If you have adjusted plenty of rockers it will be no problem.

I'm assuming it's Hydraulic... so generally I just take the lash out and go 1/2 turn, is that acceptable?
