Thermostat housing

Hey guys i have a gen 5 mercruiser engine, and I am converting to a crossover from the stock water pump. i need a aftermarket thermostat housing. The catch is I also need to be able to put the stock 2 sensors back into the housing. How can I make this work? Thanks again

Hardin marine sells a 1 inch spacer that has 2 holes 3/8 inch in them.. I got one this winter. so far works well.. got the high water temp sensor in one and the temp sensor in the other..
One catch.. since you put a gasket on the intake then the spacer then another gasket then the them housing the spacer is not grounded. so the sensors will not work like that.. I drilled a small hole and thread for a ground wire to attach.

the site says the holes are 1/4 inch.. but they are 3/8.. I just got one 2 months ago.. mistake on the site
