Default Scarab III prop Q

I posted this in the Prop section.... probably should have just posted it here.

For you guys with Scarab III's. What props are you running with what power?

with stock 502's I ran.. 21-23 Mirage and Mirage plus, then Hydromotive Q-4's 22 pitch , Q-4's have workrd the best, then with the 525 SC motors I stepped up to 27-28" Q-4's , Now with the 565 cuin N/A motors I still spin the Q-4's 27" @ mid to upper 70's .. 1983 Scarab III w/TRS drives

With stock 454 330's I was running 23 mirage plus'. RPM's were 4600 at WOT, top speed a blazing 50 mph.

Before that I ran regular mirage 21's at 5200 rpm. Ran 59 but had some engine problems so I decided to go up in pitch.

Not sure about your boat, but if it turns out you need a 23 mirage, or 21 mirage plus, I have one of each in the garage that I may sell.
