fired up motors yesterday and put drive in gear and notoced with no props on the shaft on the one drive has a slight wobble to it and the other one spins perfect never noticed it before and both lowers have been done in past 2 years, will it hurt to run it. It is maybe out 30 thousands but it is tight coming out of the case so it must be very slighlty bent.

It sounds like the shaft is starting to break. You should change it before your prop will be on the bottom of the lake. Just broke one this pass weekend a luckily caught it before I lost my prop.

If you can SEE a wobble, it's bad. It will quickly tear up the seal and loose drive fluid and allow water in the drive. Then your replacing an entire lower/drive instead of a prop shaft.....your call.

If your asking the question......you need to pay someone to do it. The tools alone cost 2-3 times what you'll pay someone. and assuming you do it right and don't tear up a lower from putting it together wrong you could be WAY ahead by paying the labor.
