Default 26 Outlaw Gelocat Issue

Hey Guys:

I have a 2008 26 Outlaw with a black hull. When I took the shrink wrap off this spring I noticed a "cloudy / hazy" spot about the size of my hand in the black gelcoat on the port side of the hull. I have wet sanded about as much as I am comfortable with and no improvement. Any ideas or suggestions as I doubt that Sea Ray / Brunswick will be of much help as it is not structural in nature.

Thanks,

Steve
