Cal Sag closed for asian poison?

Cal Sag closed for asian poison?
Any one know if they shut down the cal sag canal to the Obrien locks for poison of the asian carp? They were supposed to dump poison 5/20. I was planning on boating that way and going to the lake but dont know if I can get thru.
