I am going to Charlotte June 7,8 and 9th. Anyone plan on boating on Lake Norman that weekend? I am thinking of towing the boat down and checking out the lake.

I think I have spoken to you before. You went to the AOTH at Lake Cumberland last year. I tied up in front of you when we all were rafted up at 76 falls. I had the blue 22 Classic Donzi. Right now I am planning on towing the boat down. Where is the best area to launch/dock? Thanks for the offer to tie at your pier. I will have to see. The only committment I have is a graduation/birthday party on saturday afternoon/night.

Yes that was us. The best place to launch would be the catawba queen access. 77 to exit 36 turn right about 5 miles down on the left. It is a public access but you can leave your car at my place while boating. Just give me a call and we can work out the details. We are not going to the aoth this year. I sure am going to miss the action but there is always next year right .
