Default Extreme trailers- good and bad

They make a great product. Lots of attention to detail.

I have one new trailer form them, and one trailer that was refreshed by them that had a disk brake kit added.

That said their customer service after the fact stinks.

You cant get a call back if you were giving away free money.

I cant get wheels from them to save my life- Im about embark upon my second trip now with no spare wheel.

Its really too bad as their product is quite good.

The owner may wish to know that his guys callback and service skills are costing him money and the reputation he has built over the years.

I wonder what will happen if I have a serious problem?

Had their employee email the receipt for the wheel.....

Great- only problem is..there is no wheel at home-

- and certainly no wheel on the trailer which is now 300 miles from home on its second trip with no spare....

Tomorrow Ill make the 8th call, (with not a single call returned yet)

Im amazed to get an email.......

ludicrous....

That's a good idea! Leave a message that you are interested in buying a trailer for a 40' boat. When they call back say actually what I am looking for is a wheel!

Extreme that was purchased by Lippert components. In rialto Ca,

My wheels were waiting for me as I pulled back in from Laughlin today. Finally - deal done case closed (as long as whats in the boxes is what I ordered)

Like I said I like my trailers and their work-I just dont get the delays and lousy service. If you tell me you are going to call me back call me back.

Even if to tell me your overworked but working your way down the list of stuff to get to me- I get it.

But dont just f-ing blow me off over and over again thats BS.
