Default re labeling switches rocker

I repainted my boat switch panel included now no more labels; horn, bilge, lights, blower my question is without buying the $4 covers for the rockers or the cheap labels from west marine has anyone relabeled there switch panel and made it look good?

Try going to your local sign shop and having custom lettering done for them. You should get to pick the font, color size and shouldn't cost too much.
Good luck.

I went to one of those "things engraved while you wait" places in the local mall. They had these nice little plastic rectangle pieces that I then just glued onto my panel. They were black laminated over white so when engraved, the lettering showed white in a black backbround. Cost me 20 bucks.

I've made several by lightly sanding with 400-1000 grit, then using dry transfer lettering for labels directly on the panel. clear coat over that. Simple, fast cheap, looks very professional.
You can get dry transfer lettering in almost any size, color, font, etc at a graphics supply store.
