Default Nail polish on vinyl?

What's the best way to get nail polish off of your seats? Wife's friend came on the boat with "fresh" toenail polish, 100degrees outside, dragging her hooves all over my seats, you get the picture... several red streaks on the white vinyl. Is nail polish remover safe? I tried several cleaners with no luck

maybe try some goo gone or goof off on a SMALL spot, with a mr clean eraser. Then a good conditioner.

Nail polish remover is mostly acetone. It will take the finish off the vinyl. Use it on a Q tip as a last resort.

I'd try the magic erasers first. They're magic!
