WHY!!!!

I'm not sure id avoid those years... I would probably go for those before a non stepped hull simply due to the fact of age and what speed gains you will see from the twin step design. Any progress lately in your search?

the first couple of years they had problems with the way they handle in upper speeds,

Most were recalled/taking back at the factory and had the bottoms reworked,by the end of2000 early 2001 they had most of the issues resolved.

Hmm good to no for future debates with fisher.... lol
