Default Livorsi GPS Antenna "Yellowing"....

My round plastic Livorsi GPS antenna is starting to discolor to a yellow color. Is there any product that will return it to white?

Thx-

Unfortunately no.. The sun is changing the color due to UV rays. All you can do is paint it white or whatever other color you want.

Default Yup...

just tape it off, and paint it. The paint won't discolor like the white plastic did. An appliance white epoxy spray from Lowes/Home Depot will do the trick.

Yellowing may be the lease of your worries. I found out this summer that the Livorsi system uses an antenna with an internal battery that is not replaceable and only lasts 4-5 years. For only @ $200 they can sell you a new style antenna... if you have the correct vintage speedometer head. Good luck.

Do a search on here. There is a thread about how to go about replacing the battery.
