Default I've got a few questions for the Fountain owners.

I just bought my first 35 lightning. Its a 96 single step w/genVI 525's. I've been playing with the tabs, and trim, and the best ive seen out of it was 82. I know i can call Fountain, but before i go that route i wanted to see what all of you guys thought. Keep in mind i am used to a boat walking a little, but im not sure this boat will perform its best loose? Thanks in advance. Jason

Also i should add that im turning 29p Hydromotives

Boat is really clean looks and sounds good. The video was not clear but I think you need little more tab or negative trim.Speed wise 82 is about right for a single step.

yep, that's what I did with my '99 Single step 35, my advice to you, is be happy with 82 & call it a day, the 2-3 MPH you get is not worth the $$. I spent a wack of dough to get my 35 to run a real 85. just to sell it & get a 100mph cat. now that thats out of my system, I'm back in the 80's club, it's not so bad
