Do all 29 Scarabs have hook on the outside edges of the hull? I am getting ready to paint the back of my boat and noticed it has a lot of hook. It looks factory and I assume it needs it to keep the bow down.

Does anyone know where these hulls came from or was this a Wellcraft original.

ya they all have it except for the p29 itis the same hull other than the wedge and that hull is quicker by a few mph they say the 29 is also lighter and different outdrives all of that maybe why they are faster

Do you know what hull wellcraft started with to make a 29?

I imagine it was a 27' something.

i'm not sure it might be it's own cause it is the only hull that i've seen that is 7'6" wide and only small blocks will fit
