I actually thought about this one for more than 30 seconds. The history is really cool but she seems too far gone unless you have a lot of time.

watch CraigsList!

Seriously, I've seen some seemingly savable smaller CC hulls only for that $, or a little more with a trailer.
If it's not wet, cake to re-do and choose your power
I can't see where they get much simpler to work on or rig

been watching myself
I've been amazed at all good little BR's on a trailer you can buy for 3K
Hell you can buy those little SR package BR's from the late 90's in beautiful shape on a trailer for 5K all day long.
It's the times man...

Here is a boat that is in my garage that I have been working on with the family for spring. I bought this bought up in the TN mountains. My neighbor last night came to me and wanted to know if I knew anyone that would be interested in his cat cc. Im going to buy that instead, cause its finished and Ive been on it numerous times.

This boat is a 20' McKee Craft, completely redone. It was a gov't boat, that I was going to use as a CC. Trailer is new. Floors and panels have all been done professionally, foam filled, new gelcoat on the floor, new tank and so on. It needs to be rigged, and a motor dropped in. Ive located a motor, Zuke 175, but he wants too much. If interested pm me. Thanks Jeff
