Default What prop for TRS??

I have a 1980 Cigarette 28 SS with twin 350's (400 HP) each.

I had 23 Mirage Plus props

Can I run 24 Bravo1 and will I gain in the midrange?

Are the TRS to deep to run Bravo1?

Thanks,
AC

The bravo ones are 4 blade correct? If so they do not recommendl that you put 4 bladers on the TRS drives.

A friend of mine runs 26 4 blade Bravo 1's on his 30 Carrera with 509's at 550hp each and TRS drives and has had no problems. They give him a great cruising speed compared to the mirages.

I know people running the 4-blades on their TRS drives, myself I stick with the 3-blade Mirages and have cleavers for back up props...on my last boat (30' Scarab) I was told by a few diff. people that the 4-blades would give that hull too much transom lift.....Fred
