That looks like an old tool truck its probably had a hard life but if the frame is good a motor is no big deal.

Yeah I have had a 98,04 and an 06 International all with the DT466, great engine.

Yes it was a MAC tools truck. It would tow the race boat 60-70mph. Dropped a valve and damaged a piston.
